TRAVEL BASEBALL

Travel Baseball is available for boys ages 7 – 18.

Registration for baseball begins in January and ends in mid-March.

Coaches start to practice with their teams in late March.

Games, which are played in the Northeast Peanut League and Philadelphia Department of Rec. start in mid- April and end the last week of June.

Lansing’s home field is located at Sheffield and Rowland Avenues and use several additional neighborhood fields.

In addition to playing for Lansing, several baseball players also play for their grade school and high school CYO teams.

In the Fall of 2011, boys in the Northeast were afforded the opportunity to play Fall baseball in the inaugural season of the Mayfair Fall Ball League. This League was created by Lansing along with several area organizations.
